Every teacher can tell you how marking is an integral part of what a teacher does. But the demands of the school day, the shifting priorities, the spinning of plates - both academic and social - can challenge even the most skilled at time management. On such occasions, marking can be a burden on the working day. The stresses of a teacher’s workload are well documented and the importance of schools creating a work life balance ethos in the workplace has never been more apparent.

They provide positive comments which reflect the learning outcome and identify areas for development and potential misconceptions for many genres of writing in literacy, and key objectives from the National Curriculum across foundation subjects.
Our marking sheets consist of 30 comments on a page, they have been arranged within a structure which mirrors the layout of standard sticker sheets or alternatively you can print and cut the statements as you desire. In addition, the sheets have three differentiated marking statements which offer you greater choice and an increased chance of meeting the pupils’ needs.
